Prom Tips : On Your Shopping Day

While you are looking for prom dresses, ask a sales associate if they know of dresses that are the style you are looking for or for dresses in your size. They are there to help you find the perfect dress and are knowledgeable about what dresses they carry.

Go All Out

If you find a dress you like, look for shoes and accessories while you have the dress on. Accessories are a big part of prom, and shopping for these the same day you shop for your dress will allow you to get a feel of how you will look on your big day, plus it gives you a chance to dress up and have fun!

Say Yes to the Dress.

If you find a dress that fits you perfect and you absolutely love it, don’t pass it up. It may not be there when you decide to go back and get it, and we wouldn’t want you losing any sleep over somebody else purchasing your perfect prom dress.

Trouble Finding Your Size?

Look for dresses you like that can be altered to fit you. Altering a dress makes it a perfect fit to you and does not change the look of the dress. If you are shopping early, ask the sales associate if a dress you like can be ordered in your size.

No luck?

Always Try It On

If you like a dress but are unsure of the style or color, always try it on. Dresses look much better on you than they do on the hanger.
